Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ignite Content LLC website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services: Your Content Infrastructure
Ignite provides elite-level production and content systems, including:
High-Retention Editing: Short-form and long-form video production designed for maximum reach.
Unlimited Requests: Specific deliverables, timelines, and "Active Request" limits are defined by your chosen subscription tier.
Turnaround Times: We aim for 24–48 hour delivery on standard assets, though complex projects may require more time.
2. Client Responsibilities
To engineer your advantage, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your brand goals.
Supply required assets (raw footage, logos, brand guidelines) via our secure backend.
Respond to feedback and approvals in a timely manner via our 24/7 Slack support.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Upfront Billing: Payment is required upfront to initiate services and secure your spot on our roster.
Third-Party Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; Ignite Content LLC does not store full payment details.
Failure to Pay: Late or failed payments may result in the immediate suspension of your content queue.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive all rights to the final delivered assets.
Portfolio Rights: Ignite Content LLC may display completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed in writing.
Confidentiality: We treat all non-public brand information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Revisions & Scope
Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of the request to ensure the "results react" exactly as intended.
Scope Shifts: Major changes to the vision or strategy after a project has started may be treated as a new request in the queue.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Content LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. While we provide high-retention systems, we do not guarantee specific viral results or revenue outcomes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service period.
7. Termination & Governing Law
Termination: Either party may terminate services at any time via our shared communication channels. Fees for the current billing cycle remain payable.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
